    To celebrate our 30th anniversary we created an imperial version of the Pig's Ear brown ale we opened with back in 1995. This decadent brew was aged in bourbon barrels for 6 months then conditioned on vanilla and NH maple syrup. Served in a 9oz snifter. 9.25
